What Happens After You Reach Out
We reply within one business day to book a site visit, measure and assess the area in person, then send a written quote listing the mix, thickness, reinforcement and warranty. Nothing is priced from a guess over the phone.

A project lead calls or emails within one business day to confirm the details and set a time that suits you, including evenings and Saturdays.
- On-site assessment
We measure, check grade and drainage, look at the soil and existing base, and confirm truck access. Most visits take 30 to 45 minutes.
- Your written quote
You receive an itemized quote, usually within a few days of the visit, with the specification spelled out so you can compare it with other bids.
- Scheduling and permits
Once you approve, we lock in a date, request Ontario One Call locates and apply for any City permit the work needs.
Get every concrete quote in writing, from us or anyone else. A price without a specification makes it impossible to tell whether two bids describe the same slab.
Here is what our written quote lists:
- Mix specification: Class C-2, 32 MPa, 5 to 8% entrained air for exterior work
- Slab thickness, such as 100 mm (4 in.) for cars, 125 to 150 mm (5 to 6 in.) for heavy trucks, trailers and RVs
- Base depth: 150 to 200 mm (6 to 8 in.) of compacted Granular A
- Reinforcement: rebar, wire mesh or synthetic fibre, and why
- Control joint layout, cut to one quarter of the slab depth
- Finish, removal and disposal, and any pump or permit costs
- Warranty term in writing, such as 3-year on new residential flatwork

Commercial and builder requests
Attach drawings, the concrete specification or tender documents, plus site access hours and any phasing limits. We price to the specification as written and flag anything that conflicts with CSA A23.1 or the 2024 Ontario Building Code before we bid.

Tell us when the problem started and whether it changes with the seasons. A crack that opens every winter and closes in summer points to a different cause than a slab that keeps sinking, and the fix is different too.
